The provider is Aivana GmbH, Paulusstr. 45a, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany. Paid offers are exclusively for businesses and people booking in the course of commercial or self-employed professional activity.
AI service packages in the shop and offers for AI consulting and custom implementation are separate offers. The service agreement describes automations, integrations, users, usage limits, setup, support channels and service hours. Fixed response times, unlimited usage or availability guarantees apply only where expressly agreed.
A contact enquiry helps us discuss your project. An individual offer describes services and costs; the contract is concluded by accepting that offer. Shop orders collect company and contact details and confirmation of the minimum term. Payments are processed through Stripe. Please discuss unresolved service-scope questions with us before ordering.
Displayed prices are net prices per month, plus applicable statutory VAT. Setup, hosting, AI/API usage and additional work are itemised in the offer where not included. Shop payments are processed monthly as subscriptions. The net total for the minimum term is shown before discounts.
The minimum term is 12 months. The contract can then be cancelled monthly. Please send cancellation requests to info@aivana-gmbh.ai with your company and order number where available. We confirm receipt and the contract end date.
We agree required access, data and contacts with you. Do not submit credentials through the public contact form or AI chat. Project-specific privacy, usage-rights and acceptance terms are recorded in the individual service agreement.
