Enterprise Operations & Delivery Platform

Service. Projects. Delivery.
One platform.

The AXYNTORA vision: connect service, project planning, engineering, AI and business in a shared work context. Help teams see the full journey from the first need to the outcome and coordinate their decisions.

AXYNTORA is continuously being developed. We agree the availability and scope of individual capabilities for your use case.

When context is missing

Tickets in the helpdesk. Tasks on the board. Capacity in Excel.

Costs and contracts often live elsewhere again. A customer request becomes an engineering task, while teams have to piece together service ownership, delivery dates and agreed scope. AXYNTORA aims to connect that context, from the original request through planned work to its commercial implications.

Start with existing engineering workflows

Azure DevOps remains the leading system for work items. AXYNTORA adds service, planning and commercial context so teams can consider requirements, capacity and scope together. We clarify which integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub and other systems are available, the data they cover and the permissions they require for your use case.

A look inside the shared workspace

Service requests and projects at a glance: the existing operations view illustrates the shared work context.

AXYNTORA operations overview with three local example tickets, two projects and navigation to service, planning and automation
AXYNTORA · Development view with local example data. This capture shows the existing interface; additional product areas are being developed.
Service at a glance
Three local example tickets show the request, priority and status. The overview indicates which requests can be reviewed next.
See the project context
Two example projects sit alongside service requests. Navigation leads to service, planning and automation; this capture does not demonstrate a complete connection across all modules.
Recognise missing evidence
Delivery evidence and job executions are empty in this capture. Those areas can show results once evidence is recorded and executions are started.

Example: review a deployment pipeline

Start with the example “Review deployment pipeline” ticket at priority P2. Agree which project is affected, who owns the review and what evidence is required to close it. This defines a focused pilot workflow; required connections and available capabilities are agreed beforehand.

Illustrative workflow

From a need to a shared outcome

This illustrates how connected work with AXYNTORA could look. We agree which steps and integrations are available for your use case as part of the project scope.

  1. 01

    Understand the need

A service request is connected to the affected service, customer and owners.

  2. 02

    Plan the project

A project plan brings tasks, dependencies, capacity and budget into a shared decision framework.

  3. 03

    Manage delivery

Engineering, automation and AI assistance are connected with evidence and agreed approvals.

  4. 04

    Review outcomes

Effort, usage and outcomes inform service, portfolio and commercial decisions.

For your service and delivery responsibilities

MSPs & IT service providers

Connect customers, service requests, SLAs, recorded time and contracts: which effort belongs to which customer and agreed scope?

Software companies

Trace the journey from a customer ticket through a work item and pull request to a release, including test evidence, reviews and approvals.

Internal IT

Review incidents, affected assets and planned changes alongside available resources: who can implement a change and which services does it affect?

Getting started

A concrete process. An agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Choose a process

Identify one service-to-delivery workflow, its trigger, handoffs and intended outcome.

  2. 02

    Clarify systems & roles

Identify participating teams, leading systems, data sources and required access permissions.

  3. 03

    Define the scope

Agree available capabilities, required integrations and operating and cost requirements.

  4. 04

    Define review & pilot criteria

Record review criteria and open questions; agree a possible pilot scope and the next decision.

The conversation establishes a shared view of your workflow: relevant systems and owners, a defined scope, outstanding prerequisites and criteria for the next step. Availability and commercial terms are clarified against that specific scope.

Terms explained

CPM
Critical Path Method: identifies the critical path, the sequence of tasks that determines the earliest project completion.
DAG
A directed acyclic graph: describes which jobs depend on other jobs and the order in which they can run.
RAG
Retrieval-Augmented Generation: uses relevant knowledge that the requesting person is permitted to access to inform an AI answer.
Evidence
Evidence such as test results, reviews and approvals that makes a delivery decision traceable.
Entitlements
Contractual usage rights and service entitlements that describe the permitted scope of a service.

Frequently asked questions

How do we get a suitable proposal?

We start with your process, participating teams, required integrations and agreed rollout scope. On that basis we discuss licensing, services and terms. Pricing and support scope are specified in the proposal.

Who supports our project?

Your point of contact is Aivana GmbH in Bielefeld. Use the contact form to describe your starting point. Together we clarify goals, collaboration and next steps.

Which capabilities can we use?

AXYNTORA is being developed in phases. The areas shown describe the platform vision and development scope. Together we establish which capabilities are available for your use case and what scope makes sense.

How are existing systems connected?
